During 2009 Frank climbed laps everyday for Physical Therapy, As the yardage began to add up he decided to see if he could break the Guinness World Record of 110,000 vertical feet of climbing climbed solely indoors in one year. Not only did he surpass it but he also demolished it. On December 18,2009 Frank finished his recording of feet when he reached 250,000 feet in one year.
